About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to help build and evolve a modern, data-driven web application used by professionals in complex business environments. This role will be responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces, driving frontend best practices, and contributing to the modernization of the platform while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Vue 3, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices with a strong product mindset and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, product stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions and establish frontend standards that support long-term growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, and contemporary web development practices.
  • Translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that accurately reflect product requirements and design intent.
  • Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable Vue components that support consistent user experiences across the platform.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s internal design system and frontend architecture standards.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts, integration patterns, and error-handling strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical discussions to promote engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, maintainability, and overall user experience.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases through testing, validation, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing modernization of the existing codebase by addressing technical debt and implementing sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Create clear technical specifications and implementation documentation that enable effective collaboration across engineering teams and support AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building modern frontend applications in production environments.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience developing applications with Vue.js.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue 3, and the Composition API.
  • Advanced knowledge of CSS, responsive design principles, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
  • Experience with frontend testing frameworks, performance profiling tools, and debugging complex web applications.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and web performance best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term maintainability.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating and improving legacy systems while contributing to modernization initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with React and modern React-based ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Laravel applications and PHP-based backend environments.
