About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented .NET Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and building web applications using modern Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and clean architecture. You’ll work closely with both front-end and back-end developers to create responsive, secure, and interactive user interfaces powered by Blazor and .NET 6.0.

The ideal candidate is passionate about modern software engineering, thrives in Agile environments, and brings a collaborative mindset to technical discussions.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web applications using .NET 6.0, C#, and Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and data services, handling complex business logic and performance constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UI/UX implementation, ensuring responsive and interactive experiences
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and architecture planning
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices in version control and CI/CD workflows
  • Debug and resolve bugs and performance issues across environments
  • Contribute to discussions on system scalability, security, and long-term architectural decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing applications with .NET (Core and 6.0) and C#
  • Solid experience in Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and performance tuning of relational databases
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
  • Understanding of security best practices, particularly around handling sensitive healthcare or financial data
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Great Plains, or healthcare claims data
  • Comfortable with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Knowledge of financial or healthcare workflows is a strong plus
